Apr 24 2008, 4:06 PM EDT ∆I place my paws into the water, and lay my paws over the cold rocks, waiting for StarClan to send me dreams. I quickly drift of to sleep, my orange pelt dyeing the icy blue light a feint orange. 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |

Apr 27 2008, 4:14 PM EDT "Good," the voice replies, fading. A silver pelted she-cat pads over, her head held high. Saffronstorm gasps as she recognizes the legendary leader of StreamClan, Streamstar. Streamstar gives a small smile then ducks her head and murmurs, "Saffronstorm, with this life I give you judgement to lead your Clan in the darkest of hours..." Streamstar concentrates and sends Saffronstorm the weight of guilt she felt when she made a bad decision. The feeling Saffronstorm receives is oppressive, tainted with poisonous pain. Streamstar watches with hidden sorrow as the cat before her flinches under the weight of the responsibility they are receiving. Do you find this valuable? |

May 25 2008, 10:05 PM EDT Streamstar fades into the distance, and the next cat appears. Saffronstorm recognizes her mother, Mintfall. The creamy orange she-cat gives her daughter an affectionate lick before speaking, "Saffronstorm, with this life I give you empathy to see through another's eyes." Muscles tensed, Mintfall sends her daughter the rush of realization that she felt when she put herself in her sister's paws. She had thought that her sister was overreacting until she cared enough to see it her way. The feeling is like a blooming flower, revealing the truth when emotion clouds judgment. Mintfall hopes her daughter will use this to prevent many pointless quarrels. Do you find this valuable? |
